Job Summary

Simplicity Gifts seeks a long-term Project Admin Executive to support project coordination and bidding processes, managing local and global projects with the team, while developing essential project management skills and contributing to company expansion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in initiating and coordinating project management tasks, including handling online invoicing and preparing quotations to support project workflows
• Submit bids on procurement platforms such as Gebiz, Tenderboard, and Ariba, applying training to ensure accurate and timely submissions
• Manage communication and collaboration with local and global teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Coordinate with local and global clients on new projects, following guidance from the Director to progressively assume full project responsibilities with the team
• Participate actively in staff training programs, both in-house and external, to enhance job efficiency and proactively manage personal learning and skill development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Conversational and written skills in Chinese to facilitate communication with certain clients and teams
