Location: Central Singapore (Clarke Quay MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (office-based)
Salary Range: SGD 2,500 – 2,900 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Director with administrative support for shipbuilding and shipping projects
• Coordinate shipbuilding projects with colleagues in Malaysia and Indonesia
• Coordinate time charter projects and billing with clients and regional colleagues
• Maintain and update shipbuilding and shipping project lists
• Manage and maintain ship documentation using online systems
• Record project inventory usage using in-house software
• Compile yearly shipbuilding inventory closing reports
• Prepare shipping documentation for flagship registration and other shipping-related matters
• Handle basic receptionist duties, courier services, data entry and filing, buy food & drinks, run errands.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping using simple software (mainly inventory tracking)
• Liaise with internal staff, affiliated companies, suppliers, and clients
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder; candidates without a diploma but with relevant work experience will be considered
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Internet savvy with good research skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive working attitude
