Job Scope:

• Coordinate strategic planning and community engagement efforts with religious organisations
• Track engagement targets and support initiatives to achieve organisational goals
• Develop and manage tracking systems for stakeholder engagement activities
• Support capability development and partnership initiatives related to inter-religious relations and social cohesion
• Assist with crisis preparedness initiatives for religious organisations
• Support multiculturalism and community engagement programmes

Requirements:

• Has at least three (3) years experience working with community groups
• Strong acumen for data and financials and literacy skills (Microsoft Office software) 
• Willing and able to assist with ad-hoc tasks 
• Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with community leaders 
• Positive attitude and willing to learn 
• Able to engage stakeholders and volunteers effectively 
• High level of initiative with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. 
• Able to multi-task, work under tight schedules in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment 
• Personal interest in building and strengthening community relationships.
