Job Scope:

• Promote workforce initiatives (e.g., career conversion programmes, grants, job redesign support) to SMEs and business leaders.
• Conduct outreach through company visits, networking events, and webinars to drive programme adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including government agencies, industry associations, and employers.
• Support companies with onboarding, enquiries, and feedback to ensure smooth participation.
• Plan and deliver capability-building workshops, peer learning circles, and industry sharing sessions.
• Partner with strategic organisations to co-host events aligned with national workforce priorities.
• Develop and manage outreach content such as EDMs, social media, and brochures to promote services.
• Curate case studies and success stories to showcase programme impact and encourage participation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Communications, HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience in project and event management with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging across sectors.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Working Location: Tai Seng

Salary: Up to $3,800
