Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of outreach activities and intervention programs tailored for children, youths, and families
• Execute outreach activities and intervention programmes for children, youths, and families.
• Ensure the successful delivery of programme goals by monitoring progress and implementing improvements based on regular evaluations.
• Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders and volunteers, taking the lead in facilitating collaborative initiatives that uplifts the community.
• Co-develop and implement volunteer training to support the community work.
• Maintain timely documentation and accurate data management systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Commit to a flexible schedule, including at least two nights per month and occasional weekend work.
• Other Administrative duties.
• Organizational duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Relevant experience in working with children and youths is preferred.
• Passionate about improving the well-being and resilience of families from lower-income backgrounds
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with youths, families, and stakeholders.
• A team player with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Exhibits personal effectiveness, independence, and strong time management skills.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Maintains a growth mindset, showing a consistent eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving community needs.
