Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of programmes across multiple facilities to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Ensure that all programmes meet established standards and achieve desired client engagement outcomes
• Work closely with staff to plan, develop, and execute programme initiatives
• Monitor programme performance, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements where necessary
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among staff, participants, and key stakeholders
• Oversee programme budgets and resources to ensure efficient and responsible utilisation

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields)
• Prior experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings will be an advantage
• Good understanding of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in anticipating and resolving challenges
