• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community.

• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.

• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.

• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.

• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.

• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.

• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.

• Manage programme budgets and resources.

• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields)
• Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting, healthcare, or social service sector is preferred
• Min 1 to 2 years of programme executive exp
