Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization. This role will also lead change management initiatives, ensuring that process updates are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
This role is based in Tampines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, document, and standardize SOPs across departments to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Establish governance frameworks for SOP review, approval, and periodic updates.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture best practices and operational requirements.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems.
- Build strong communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to teams during transitions, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and support materials to facilitate adoption.
- Act as a central point of contact for questions and feedback related to process changes.
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Establish change management frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Capture lessons learned and integrate feedback into future change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, and/or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, process improvement, and/or change management.
- Knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading large scale organizational change initiatives.
- Possess good knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engaging with the stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex and fast-paced environment.
