Job Description
Our client is a leading global technology company at the forefront of artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and large-scale platform development. As part of its continued investment in AI transformation, the organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager who can bridge business needs and technology execution, driving the adoption of AI-powered solutions across regional teams.
This is a 1-year contract.
Overview
The Technical Program Manager will lead AI transformation initiatives across APAC business teams, helping to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
- Partner with business teams to identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable program plans.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature prioritization, enhancements, bug resolution, and roadmap alignment.
- Drive change management, user enablement, and adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows.
- Establish feedback loops, monitor adoption metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary APAC point of contact for AI transformation initiatives and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or a related role leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives, preferably for non-engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including LLMs, workflow automation, AI productivity tools, or related solutions.
- Proven experience driving strategic programs from planning through execution and adoption.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including requirements gathering, roadmap discussions, feature prioritization, and bug management.
- Ability to identify adoption barriers and distinguish between process, user, and product-related challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across APAC markets and geographically distributed teams is preferred.
