Job Description
We are looking for a highly collaborative and execution-driven Sales Program Manager to support our APJ Sales Manager and regional SDR/AE teams. This role is responsible for driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and sales productivity across the entire revenue funnel.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership and partner across Marketing, RevOps, Product, Enablement, and Sales Training teams to streamline workflows, implement scalable processes, and ensure the sales team can operate at peak performance. This is a critical role in establishing the foundation for a high-performing APJ sales organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct Support to Sales Manager & Team
- Partner closely with the APJ Sales Manager to operationalize strategy, manage execution, and improve team performance.
- Manage weekly sales rhythms (WBR’s, MBR’s, QBR’s, pipeline reviews, team meetings).
- Improve SDR and AE productivity through optimized workflows, tools, and processes.
- Act as the “glue” between sales and internal teams to remove blockers and enhance alignment.
2. Sales Process & Efficiency Improvements
- Map, audit, and improve end-to-end sales processes (lead flow, qualification, handoff, pipeline progression).
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive process re-designs.
- Lead change-management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Standardize APJ-wide sales motions and ensure consistent execution across the team.
3. Sales Program Management
- Design and launch regional programs to boost pipeline generation, lead conversion, and account penetration.
- Ownership of outreach cadences, qualification frameworks, playbooks, and sales motions.
- Work with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, run initiatives, and track performance.
4. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion metrics, seller productivity, and campaign impact.
- Work with BI Analyst to design sales dashboards and reports for the Sales Manager and leadership.
- Support forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning for the SDR and AE teams.
5. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Marketing on lead routing, event-driven campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
- Partner with RevOps on CRM improvements, tooling, data hygiene, and system alignment.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions to relay customer feedback and align on product updates.
- Align with Sales Enablement and Training Specialist on training strategies, sales execution improvement process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4–7+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong experience enabling SDR and/or AE sales teams.
- Able to translate problems into processes and drive measurable improvements.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Competent in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and analytics platforms.
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- APJ experience supporting multiple countries.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, enterprise tech, or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
