Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing complex, cross-functional program, with responsibilities including:

• Coordinating the deployment of global program (CRM/CxM transformation) across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing regional requirements.
• Developing and managing integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between global teams and regional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and execution.
• Tracking program progress, managing issues and escalations, and ensuring timely delivery against agreed objectives.
• Supporting change management, adoption, and readiness activities associated with global program rollouts.
• Providing regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to regional and global leadership.
• Driving governance, compliance, and standardization across program while enabling flexibility where required.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise-wide CRM rollouts , with 12+ years of program management experience
