Job Summary

You will provide grooming services for dogs of various sizes and breeds, ensuring their comfort and appearance meet PETITUDO’s high standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Pet Grooming Team Leader to deliver quality care and maintain a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and full grooming services on dogs of different sizes and breeds to maintain their hygiene and appearance
• Handle dogs calmly and safely during grooming to ensure their comfort and reduce stress
• Communicate clearly in Basic English with team members and customers to coordinate grooming services.
• Collaborate with the grooming team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work scheduled including weekends.
• You will be required to complete a 3-month probation period demonstrating consistent grooming skills and teamwork

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a certificate issued by a recognised Pet Grooming Association in Dog Grooming
• Have at least 1 year of experience performing dog grooming services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a calm disposition when handling dogs to ensure safe and effective grooming
• Exhibit teamwork skills by cooperating with colleagues and supporting team goals

Other Information

• Work schedule: 6 days per week, 9am to 5pm, with one additional Saturday or Sunday off
• Basic gross pay: $2000 to $3000 plus variable commission (salary negotiable depending on experience)
