We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to join our team for a two-year project focusing on plant developmental biology, with an emphasis on the analysis of single-cell transcriptomics data. The successful candidate will study cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying plant development using advanced genomics approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on plant developmental biology using molecular genetics and genomics approaches
• Perform analysis of single-cell transcriptomics datasets and integrate them with functional studies
• Carry out experiments including gene expression analysis, genome editing, and transgenic plant development
• Collect data, perform statistical and bioinformatic analyses, and compile findings for reports and publications
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to research discussions

Requirements:

• PhD in Plant Developmental Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field
• Strong background in plant molecular biology and developmental biology
• Experience in analysis of single-cell transcriptomics is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively as part of a team
