Job Description
Production Supervisor
Salary: $2,200 – $2,800
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Benefits: AWS, Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production team and daily operations
- Manage production planning, inventory, and scheduling
- Oversee full production process from raw materials to finished goods
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance
- Maintain SAP records and ISO documentation
- Support audits and coordinate with internal departments
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry is an advantage
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Hands-on, willing to learn, and team-oriented
- Good communication and basic computer skills
