Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Planner and Processor engineer on the release of assembly instructions and time ticket/ production traveller base on the BOM and contractual requirements.

• Prepare for the line setup

• Plan and assign operators to the line

• Perform monthly check on the shelf-life terms and update the production schedule to the production manager

• Ensure the production run per schedule.

• Ensure received material issue from store is according to the pick list

• Ensure the ESD control is in the accordance with the Electrostatic control procedure

• Pack & return finished goods to the store together with the RTS form with QA endorsement.

• Clarify with the production engineer on any doubts as assembly process and safety in process.​​

Requirements:

• Certification if any in manufacturing experience, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or relevant fields
• 1–3 years’ experience in semiconductor, electronics, mechanical parts, or manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in SAP and/or Kofax is preferred
• Candidates without experience may be considered

• Previous supervisory or management-type experience is preferred.

• Good communication (written & verbal).

• Able to work shifts, weekends, or OT when required.

• Competent handling of SMT components

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork

• Ability to produce consistent quality workmanship on repetitive manual processes

• Physically fit for long hours of production work.
