• Location: Seletar
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm
• Salary: Up to $4k + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity

• Ensure timely availability of materials through coordination with procurement

• Monitor production progress (WIP) and adjust plans to meet deadlines

• Optimize use of manpower, machinery, and materials

• Communicate updates, delays, or changes to stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Use ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for planning and tracking

• Support sales forecast analysis for future production planning

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and quality targets

• Assist in work order prioritization and resolve production issues

• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counts and monitoring

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

• Handle administrative tasks and support digitalization initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain or its equivalent

• Able to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
