Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee daily and weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts.

• Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure sufficient material supply and address any shortages.

• Monitor production performance and revise schedules to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

• Utilize ERP systems to monitor production activities and inventory levels.

• Evaluate plan versus actual production outcomes and propose corrective improvements.

• Maintain smooth production operations while optimizing inventory control.

• Liaise with shop-floor supervisors and internal stakeholders to support production efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

• Experience in an EMS or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SAP PP module, including work order management, material flow, and production planning, will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of work order management and understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Able to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
