• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Food
• Position Title: Production Planner
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely output.
• Track production progress and adjust schedules when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Liaise with R&D to ensure timely replenishment of production materials.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock movement between the warehouse and production.
• Identify and implement improvements in production planning and warehouse efficiency.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties or special projects as assigned.

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling using production scheduling software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
