Our client is an established multinational manufacturing company specialising in industrial packaging products. They are looking for Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. No experience is required as training will be provided.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (2-Shift Rotation/Fixed)
Company Transport Provided

• Day Shift: 7:45am – 5:30pm
• Afternoon Shift: 4:15pm – 2:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines.
• Support daily production to meet quality and output targets.
• Perform simple quality checks and report defects.
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with general production duties and housekeeping.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required – Training provided.
• Minimum PSLE, N-Level, or ITE qualification.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and willing to perform light to moderate lifting when required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
