Job Description:

• Manage and oversee daily production operationsin the steel fabrication at yard.
• Plan and monitor fabrication schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead and supervise fabrication team supervisors,foremen, and workers to ensure efficient operations and achievement of production targets.
• Organize machines, workstations, and material flow to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Senior Factory Manager,Engineers, Procurement teams and site team for material and production planning.
• Ensure all fabricated steel components meet required drawings, specifications and quality standards.
•  Ensure fabrication machines (CNC cutting, lasercutting, welding machines, etc.) are properly maintained and operated safely.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor production progress and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication production.
•  At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strongknowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding, and structuraldrawings.
• Knowledge of CNC cutting machines, laser cutting machines, robotic welding, and fabrication equipment.
• Familiar with quality control standards and inspection procedures.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and safe machine operation.
• Goodleadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or fabrication drawings.
• Familiar with project on site installation, ERP or production management software (optional but beneficial).
• Willing to work at Yard environment.
• Singaporean / PR preferred.
