Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all production activities at the assigned yard.

• Oversee cut and bend operations and steel fabrication services to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

• Monitor and track steel stock levels, ensuring optimal availability and accurate inventory records.

• Work closely with other managers and stakeholders to define objectives, clarify requirements and support operational alignment.

• Prepare cost estimates, assist in budget planning and monitor production expenses.

• Plan, organize and optimize workflow to meet production schedules, quality standards and project deadlines.

• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, safety and operational efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and organizational policies.
  

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in production management, preferably in steel fabrication or related industries.

• Strong understanding of production processes, materials and workflow planning.

• Competency in budgeting, cost estimation and inventory management.
