Primary

1. To Provide primarily support at production department.
2. Assist superiors in prepare and compile reports.
3. Prepare, generate and release job order / purchase requisition to various departments of the confirmed job orders.
4. Responsible for planning of production output, monitor machine capacity, OEE etc.
5. Work closely among inter-departments to ensure committed schedules are met.
6. Provide regular update to the sales/Projects team on project development in a timely manner.
7. Maintenance and upkeep records of Production/Engineering/Technical documents.
8. Arrange production run according to Supervisor/HOD instruction.
9. Receiving/distribution of raw material for production usage.
10. Parts distribution to other departments for next process.
11. Able to systemize and improve on workflow.
12. Good application and know-know on the ERP / reporting tools.
13. Ability to understand or interpret all technical drawing and part specification.

Education level:

1. Min. NTC/Nitec level ME/Mechatronic or its relevant.

Experience level:

1. Two (2) years in relevant experience in clerical environment or manufacturing or its relevant

2. Perform competent in clerical duties, computer literacy.

3. Result oriented, resourceful and independent.

4. Ability to read, understand mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
