Job Description
As a Production Chef de Partie, you will support the Central Kitchen in delivering high‑quality therapeutic, plant‑based meals aligned with our science‑backed production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production planning, manpower deployment, and inventory management.
- Supervise team members in production stations including mixing, steaming, and packing.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Conduct end‑of‑day inspections of all workstations and storage rooms.
- Support goods receiving and delivery as required.
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory according to company standards.
Requirements
- Experience working in a Central Kitchen, preferably within a Halal‑certified setting.
- Willingness to work within Changi Prison, supporting operations tied to the Yellow Ribbon initiative.
- Comfortable guiding and supervising inmates as part of rehabilitation‑focused kitchen operations.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and the capacity to work independently.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Employment Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (commensurate with experience)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 48 hours per week (inclusive of lunch break)
