  • Salary: S$4800 – S$5500
  • Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
  • Location: Ubi MRT (Within Walking Distance)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 0830 – 1730

Experience

  • Material, Production & Purchasing Operation: ≥ 3 years
  • Production/Assembly in Electronics components Industry: ≥ 3 years
  • Familiar or Preferably in a Job Shop environment

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

Production (70%)

  • Administer and implement a sound capacity and production planning tool
  • Provide comprehensive production tracking schedule for better monitoring
  • MO creation/planning upon receipt of approved drawings from engineering
  • Review production planning for order tracking
  • Check BOM as per drawing to release picklist and consume the items to production for assembly works
  • Support Assembly to close MO (Production)
  • Manage resources and direct production activities to meet monthly output

Purchasing/Logistics (30%)

  • Interface with various parties, internal and external departments, suppliers so as to manage the entire order flow to meet committed / on-time deliveries.
  • Analyse demand, order placement, out-sourcing of assemblies and execute operations involving capacity planning, material supply planning and control for production.
  • Review inventory stock, productive materials demand, monitor MSL level based on the historical turns and rolling order forecast.
  • Establish and recommend stocking of materials, components (negotiate with suppliers return policy of common/uncommon parts) to minimize stocks write off.
  • Maintain inventory including determine of slow moving and obsolete parts and work with sales department to ensure materials and supply levels are properly maintained.
  • Work closely with customer service to facilitate smooth billing process i.e. accurate advance packing list, timely arrangement of outbound freight, etc.

  • Strong knowledge& Hands-On in production planning and purchasing activities
  • Team Player, Service Minded, High-Integrity and Pragmatic
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Good Communication Skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with China Chinese associates
  • Open to Singaporean/PR
