Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Product Promotion:
Develop and implement strategies to promote renal products, such as dialysis equipment, consumables, and other medical devices, to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of renal products.
Stay updated on the latest developments in renal medicine and products to effectively communicate their value to healthcare providers.
2.Education and Training:
Provide training and educational resources to healthcare professionals on the proper use of renal products and services.
Organize and participate in workshops, webinars, and conferences to disseminate knowledge about renal care and the associated products.
Address questions, concerns, and inquiries from healthcare providers regarding the products and services.
3.Customer Support:
Offer ongoing support and guidance to healthcare providers, assisting them with any issues, technical challenges, or concerns related to renal products.
Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and the product manufacturer to ensure timely issue resolution.
4.Market Analysis:
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive products, and the needs of healthcare providers and patients in the renal care space.
Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve product offerings.
5.Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that all interactions with healthcare professionals and institutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, product usage, and market feedback.
6.Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials and strategies that align with the needs of healthcare professionals and institutions.
Work closely with product development teams to provide input on product improvements and new product development.
Any other ad-hoc duties that your superior may assigned from
time to time.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Nursing/ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare management with great understanding of Nephrology Clinical Concepts.
2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in nephrology/dialysis nursing.
3. In-depth knowledge of renal diseases, treatments, and associated medical products.
4. Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively.
5. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
6. Sales and marketing skills are beneficial.
