Key Responsibilities

Safety Incident Management

·      Act as the main point of contact for critical vehicle safety incidents

·      Assess and triage cases, and activate appropriate response protocols

·      Implement immediate containment measures to mitigate risks

Technical Analysis &Investigation

·      Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues

·      Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to diagnose faults

·      Document findings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders

Process & Quality Management

·      Develop and improve aftersales SOPs and safety processes

·      Support business continuity planning for safety-related events

·      Monitor repair quality and provide insights to improve service standards

Data Analysis & Reporting

·      Track key KPIs (e.g. First Time Fix Rate, Repair Time, Repeat Repairs)

·      Identify trends using warranty and vehicle data

·      Prepare reports and insights for management

Requirements

·      Degree in Engineering or related field

·      Experience in automotive, engineering, or product safety/quality roles

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·      Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
