Product Manager – Derivatives & Structured Products

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to support the development, pricing, and delivery of derivatives and structured investment solutions across FX, Equity, and Credit markets. This role will work closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, and external product providers to deliver tailored investment solutions to clients while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Structuring & Pricing

• Structure and price OTC derivative solutions including FX Options, Interest Rate Swaps, and Commodity Derivatives.
• Support the development of structured investment products across FX, Equity, and Fixed Income asset classes to meet client investment objectives.

Product Management & Execution

• Manage day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including product delivery, trade execution support, and client servicing for derivatives and structured products.
• Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Trading, Operations, and Risk teams for efficient product implementation.

Sales & Client Engagement

• Partner with Relationship Managers in pre-trade marketing activities, including preparing pitch materials and supporting client discussions.
• Assist in post-sales follow-up and client communication to ensure a strong overall client experience.

Product Development

• Contribute to the design and launch of new investment solutions, including defining product features, structuring mechanics, and distribution strategy across RM and digital channels.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance the product offering.

Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure products are launched and distributed with robust operational processes, aligned with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s internal governance framework.
• Maintain documentation and oversight across the product lifecycle to ensure compliance standards are met.

Partnership & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with external issuers, investment partners, and product providers, including negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration.
• Prepare and review agreements to support partnership arrangements.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient dealing coverage and operational support for product execution and client servicing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in derivatives or structured products within banking, financial institutions, or capital markets environments.
• Hands-on experience with OTC derivatives such as FX Options, Interest Rate Swaps, Commodity Derivatives, or structured investment products (FX-linked, equity-linked, or bond-linked products).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
