Responsibilities:

• Plans and manage projects for manufacturing of new products modification and processes.
• Implementation of new requirements regarding material selection and process control.
• Monitors test series to ensure timely execution and discuss with customer on product issues.
• Prepare work order for sample run, and develops test methods for determination of product features.
• Documents experiment results, and prepares documents for the illustration of various topics.
• Prepares production line concepts and cooperation with partners the construction & production.
• Conducts a continuous technology scouting in his/her area of responsibility.
• Conduct test on raw materials from new supplier or change of materials from existing supplier.
• Prepare test results to share with supplier and approve the use of raw materials.
• Analyses results of experiments, prepares test protocols, interprets results and presents in test reports.
• Suggests and follow-up further tests.
• Prepare & submit FA report to customer for approval and raise Technical Document for system set-up.
• Participates in the examination of production technologies/processes and recommends measures.
• Involve in customer complaint and conduct analysis (DOE or Failure Mode Analysis, for example).
• Executes pilot productions for new projects in cooperation with the responsible departments.
• Cooperate with the authorities for production parameters, specifications and planning costs.
