• Comfortable with REST/GraphQL, build tools, and tuning performance
• Thrives in agile, fast-moving teams
• Quick to learn new tech, including blockchain

Nice to Have

• Background in payments or transaction-heavy systems
• Familiar with web3 (smart contracts, tokens)
• Strong debugging and secure system design skills
