Responsibilities:
This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.

• Understand customer challenges and translate application and data‑driven requirements into clear inputs for R&D
• Support products throughout the lifecycle by contributing to launches, application readiness, and ongoing visibility
• Engage customers in pre‑sales activities to define product applications, configurations, and use cases
• Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and customer success
• Develop and deliver product, application, and technology content (training, documentation, multimedia)
• Train and consult field teams and customers on product features, applications, and best practices
• Ensure customers achieve value from our solutions, driving satisfaction and repeat sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in In‑Circuit Test, application engineering, customer service, or test support
• Strong electronics fundamentals, including schematic reading and troubleshooting using lab instruments
• Proven ability to handle critical customer escalations with professionalism and composure
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with strong collaboration and leadership ability
• Solution‑oriented, results‑driven, with strong time management and multitasking skills
• Experience in test development, data analytics, or software sales is a plus
