Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in all procurement activities sourcing, replenishment supports related activities within the organisation. (Evaluating its cost-effectiveness & ensure on-time delivery)
• Maintain good rapport with supplier & external vendor.
• Negotiate for the best price for goods without comprising quality.
• To source for alternative supply on products & services.
• Monitor and optimize inventory planning parameters.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
• Liaison with Finance Dept in invoices, purchase order, stock inventory, and other accounting issues.
• Resolving problems or issues arising from daily procurement activities.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Food & Beverages) is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
