Job Responsibilities

• Maintain proper purchase requisition documents and filing system.
• Perform full spectrum of administrative support functions.
• Generate and verify Purchase Order (PO).
• Manage requestors’ requirements to ensure operational needs, track orders for timely delivery and quality of purchased products.
• Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Review requested items for requisition and liaise with department supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests.
• Experience in purchasing in Machine Equipment spare parts.
• Preparation of cost analysis sheet.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, procurement or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with construction material and specification.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
