Key Responsibilities:

· Source for potential logistics vendors who meet the requirements through different channel such as online directories, industry networks, and market searches

· Contact or meet up with vendors to collect/ consolidate the required information such as company profiles, scope of services, quotation and other terms & conditions of service

· Update of approved vendor listing with accurate data and related information

· Compare all vendor's information and propose the vendor to engage

· Prepare daily or weekly report of vendor listing and follow up on the progress/ status of the project

· Assist in creating new vendor account, validate the invoice and follow up on outstanding payments, if any

· To monitor the service feedback and quality from users

Requirements:

· Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of related working experience, preferably in Logistics/ Supply Chain field

· Knowledge or working experience in freight forwarding operations (trucking, freight forwarding, warehousing) will be added advantage

· Proficient in English communication skills

· Good in organizing and administrative skills

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

· Proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail

Working Hours:

8.30 am - 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday
