Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: 8am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to $6000

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for precision components, raw materials, tooling, and consumables
• Maintain approved vendor lists and conduct supplier performance evaluations
• Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers
• Review production/MRP plans and raise purchase orders accordingly
• Ensure timely procurement to support production schedules
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams on material requirements
• Track orders and expedite urgent deliveries
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier contracts
• Conduct cost analysis and support cost-reduction initiatives
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
• Maintain procurement records and coordinate invoice/payment processing with finance

Job Requirements:

• 2–5 years of procurement experience in precision manufacturing, machining, automotive, aerospace, or related industries
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of machining processes, CNC components, raw materials (steel, aluminium, alloys), and technical drawings
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office (Excel)
• Analytical and cost analysis skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
