Procurement Director (F&B)

Role Overview
Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain improvements. Support new product development while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing

• Develop sourcing strategies (local and global) to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.
• Identify and mitigate risks across suppliers, materials, and markets.
• Analyze pricing trends and identify alternative sources to improve cost and quality.
• Define supplier qualification, procurement methods, and quality standards.
• Partner with project teams to support new product development.
• Taking care of a team 6-8 pax

Procurement

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution strategies.
• Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage orders, pricing, and lead times.
• Optimize logistics and freight spend.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement operations.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a procurement leadership role, preferably in F&B.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in ERP and procurement systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
