Procurement Assistant

Location: Tampines North

Working Hours: 930am - 630pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500

Benefits: AWS, Bonus, AL (from 10 days)

Job Responsibilities

• Source and place orders for products/raw materials under the supervision of the Procurement Director.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Verify purchase orders for accuracy, including product specifications, costs, and delivery details.
• Seek approval from senior staff before finalizing orders.
• Liaise with vendors to gather bids and procurement specifications.
• Conduct initial inspections of products/packaging for defects.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years of sourcing/procurement experience (preferred manufacturing background).
• Proficiency in ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
