Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation
• Ensure customer’s order is promptly processed and invoiced accurately on a timely basis
• Prepare and organize shipping documents for import shipping clearance (including Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificate, declaration, certificate of origin, marine insurance)
• Provide timely updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders
• Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
• Ensure all invoices from all external service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are promptly submitted to the Accounts department for processing
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or equivalent, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
