Job Overview
A dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end procurement and operational administration within a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth purchasing processes, supplier coordination, cost optimisation initiatives, and day-to-day office operations.

You will be involved in managing procurement activities across regional facilities, supporting supplier evaluation and requalification exercises, and driving compliance with quality and SOP standards. The role also includes oversight of inventory systems (NAV/BC), coordination of laboratory and office supplies, and maintenance of essential office equipment and services.

In addition, you will handle administrative logistics such as mail distribution, courier arrangements, document preparation, and delivery coordination. You will also support facilities-related tasks, telecom management (mobile and internet services), device allocation for staff, cleaning services coordination, and general workplace support functions.

A key aspect of the role includes tracking administrative budgets, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring efficient resource utilisation across departments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree with relevant experience in procurement or general administration
• Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks in an organised and structured manner
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Meticulous, proactive, and strong in coordination and follow-up
