We are looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to support production operations, technical problem-solving, and process optimisation in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production teams in identifying and resolving technical and process-related issues
• Propose improvements to enhance process efficiency, safety, and ergonomics
• Assist in commissioning and setup of new equipment
• Develop and update process documentation including P&IDs
• Manage process improvement projects, including specifications, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Plan, coordinate, and execute technical and optimisation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and update work procedures and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
• Support risk assessments and workplace safety initiatives
• Participate in inventory and area management activities
• Implement and monitor action plans for continuous improvement
