• Position Title: Process Engineer
• Working Location: Bintan (Indonesia) (Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM) IDT
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to support project implementation such as new products, process improvements, and equipment changes
• Support improvement projects to increase production efficiency through process and machine enhancements
• Work with other plants to implement improvement initiatives and support team activities
• Assist production in identifying issues and resolving them using structured problem-solving methods
• Use quality tools such as DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and basic statistical methods to support process improvement
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Support development of new process flows, including setup and installation of new equipment
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings and documentation, including change records
• Support new product transfer processes and related checks
• Work with training teams to support skill development for production staff
• Support and guide team members to complete assigned projects

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Process, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Able to analyse data and support problem-solving activities
• Good communication skills and able to work with different teams
• Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts and tools
• Experience in electronics or semiconductor industry is an advantage
