Responsibilities and duties

· Define processes, system specifications, input-output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.

· Work on device qualifications / applications and generate suitable processes to meet or exceed customer requirements

· Work closely in cross-functional teams to develop process solutions

· Support customers in technical training during new product or process introductions, equipment process buyoff and post-sales process troubleshooting

· Assist in preparation of engineering plans and programs

· Field visit or travelling maybe required

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science related field

· 2-5 years of process experience on high precision electro- mechanical components and system

· Working experience in semi-conductor industry preferred

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good presentation skills and report writing skills

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

** Senior grade would be offered to the candidate with strong background or relevant working experiences
