Job Scope:

·        Design and conduct laboratory-scale experiments to support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and new material evaluations

·        Investigate and troubleshoot process issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, regulatory, compliance)

·        Support and lead technology transfer from laboratory development to manufacturing, including procedure development and process validation

·        Develop, review, update, and approve SOPs and process-related documentation

·         Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency

·        Work with Quality teams to ensure production changes meet internal and regulatory standards

·        Document and manage process and plant data for knowledge management

·        Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures

·        Participate in global development and best-practice teams when required

·        Perform additional duties as assigned and adapt to flexible work requirements

Requirements:

·        Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

·        Strong understanding of SOPs, process validation, and documentation practices

·        Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams

·        Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP)
