Job Description

• Operate and monitor daily production, process or plant activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine field checks, process monitoring, sampling and basic quality checks.
• Start up, shut down and troubleshoot production equipment according to SOP.
• Support production targets while maintaining safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Record process readings, operating data, production output and daily reports accurately.
• Assist in equipment preparation, basic maintenance coordination and plant improvement activities.
• Report any abnormal conditions, equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, quality and engineering teams.

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Candidates with process, production, chemical plant, polymer, manufacturing or operation experience will be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical or chemical background may apply.
• Able to work in plant, production or manufacturing environment.
• Willing to perform hands-on work and follow shift arrangements if required.
• Able to follow SOP, safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting, equipment operation or process monitoring knowledge will be an advantage.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, willing to learn and able to work in a team.
