An exclusive private care opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Nurses to provide personalised one-to-one care in a home-based setting. This is a unique opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering holistic, patient-centred care in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised nursing care and monitor the patient's overall well-being
• Monitor vital signs and support daily healthcare needs
• Assist with medication administration and care planning
• Support mobility, nutrition and lifestyle management
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Accompany the patient for occasional overseas medical trips when required

Job Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a validSingapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising certificate
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Compassionate, patient and committed to delivering high-quality care
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends on a rostered basis
