Principal Clinical Pharmacist | Up to $8,000 | Permanent
📍 Location: West Singapore
📄 Employment: Permanent
💰 Salary: $6,200 – $8,000/month
🕘 Working Hours:
• 5.5-Day Work Week (42 Hours Per Week)
• Rotating Shifts:
• 8.30am – 5.00pm
• 10.30am – 7.00pm
• Rotational Saturday duties
What You'll Be Doing:
• Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services and provide evidence-based medication management
• Review and optimize medication therapy to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and collaborate with healthcare professionals on treatment plans
• Provide medication counselling and education to patients and caregivers
• Mentor and support junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and preceptors where applicable
• Lead or participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and medication safety initiatives
• Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines, protocols, and pharmacy services
• Support research, education, and departmental projects to enhance patient care
