Job Summary

Plan, supervise, and deliver educational programmes aligned with MindChamps’ policies and philosophy, driving individual developmental progress and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and supervision of educational programmes to ensure alignment with MindChamps’ policies, guidelines, frameworks, and philosophy
• Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching aids and learning materials to enhance student engagement and comprehension
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress to identify and address individual educational and developmental needs
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports each semester and compile developmental portfolios for every child to track growth and achievements
• Engage with parents to communicate progress and collaboratively address any concerns regarding their child’s development
• Apply positive discipline techniques consistently to promote a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere
• Administer basic first aid promptly and effectively when required to ensure student safety
• Manage the upkeep, arrangement, and aesthetic presentation of teaching resources and the classroom learning environment
• Review and stay current with all curriculum documents, handbooks, and policy manuals to ensure compliance and effective programme delivery
