Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

• Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff.

• Ensure curriculum quality and guide teachers in planning and classroom practices.

• Monitor children’s wellbeing, learning progress, and behaviour.

• Communicate with parents on school matters, concerns, and policies.

• Organise school events, parent meetings, and excursions.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage enrolment, staffing, schedules, and administrative processes.

• Handle budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching and Leadership)
• Preferably 2 years of experience in leadership role.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and classroom management skills
