HR + Administration personnel with 3-5 years of work experience, strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability,

job scope:

1. Recruitment: Manage long-term recruitment advertisements on online platforms, manage LinkedIn company account, mingle in several FB and WA groups to post ads and collect resumes.2. Pre-interview screening: Conduct a 20-minute simple understanding for initial screening before forwarding to the principal for management interviews.3. Discussing employment conditions: After management confirms the hiring, discuss conditions and complete the signing process.4. Probation management: Assessment, keep records, grasp timing, provide basis for dismissal or regularization, and complete relevant procedures.5. Training and career planning: Organize research, schedule training, contact and implement with external training.6. Performance statistics: Part of the team and principal's performance is directly linked to enrollment numbers, other performance methods will be implemented gradually.7. Monthly employee status evaluation and opinion collection, summarize and send the report to management.8. Evaluation and issuance of warning letters.9. Planning guidance for dismissing employees.10. Handling labor disputes.11. Recruitment plans and planning for foreign labor quotas.12. Management of foreign labor procedures.13. Attendance verification, sick and personal leave statistics.14. Outsourced accounting company part: payroll, CPF.
