Salary: Basic up to $2800
Location: Marine Parade
Working days: Wed - Fri (1pm-9.30pm), Sat-Sun (8.30am-6:30pm)

Key Duties:

• Manage and process student enrolments and registration efficiently, ensuring accuracy of records and documentation.
• Oversee fee collection, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Handle enquiries from parents and students via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Assist in daily school operations, including administrative tasks, coordination of schedules, and general office support.

Requirements:

• Handling of Mandarin Speaking Parents
• Min 1 year of front desk / customer service experience
