Jamiyah Singapore is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Educator to nurture and guide children in their early years of development. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s holistic growth socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.

Location: Tampines, Ang Mo Kio and Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the ECDA curriculum framework.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports active learning.
• Support children’s development across language, social-emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress using appropriate tools and systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment at all times.
• Guide children in daily routines such as hygiene, meals, and transitions.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues and centre leadership to support curriculum planning and centre initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognised by ECDA.
• L1 / L2 certification (preferred or eligible).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and/or preschool systems).
